The hotel is conveniently located near the railway station and a lake which is a lovely spot for a stroll. The rooms are comfortable and the breakfast is satisfactory. The gym and pool are great bonuses for those who like to stay active while traveling. Some of the facilities and services provided by the hotel staff are excellent, such as the concierge who is happy to provide helpful information about the surrounding area.

Upgrade to a suite made my stay at Crowne Plaza even more delightful. The plush and comfortable space allowed me to unwind and relax. The location near a beautiful lake was perfect for my morning jogs. The helpful and professional staff made my experience even better. I highly recommend this hotel.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The location was perfect for me as I was just a short walk away from the Metro station, making it convenient to explore the city and visit my daughter. The staff, especially Frank the concierge, were extremely friendly and helpful. Frank always had valuable information to share and was quick to assist with finding taxis. The room I stayed in had a stunning view and the facilities were top-notch. Additionally, the breakfast offered a wide variety of high-quality options that satisfied my appetite. The hotel is situated in a rather residential area in Jiangning district, close to a beautiful lake that I enjoyed walking around.

We enjoyed the diverse breakfast buffet that offered a mix of Chinese and Western cuisine. the staff was friendly and always willing to help us with our needs. the hotel was also located near convenient transportation options and tourist attractions.

the luxurious amenities provided were outstanding. the Spa & wellness centre was just what we needed to unwind after a long day of traveling. the indoor swimming pool was heated and well-maintained, making it perfect for a morning swim. the beautiful garden area provided a tranquil environment for relaxation.

The only minor issue we encountered was with the in-room breakfast. While the food was delicious, it came later than the scheduled time, delaying our morning plans.

We had a fantastic stay at Crowne Plaza Nanjing. The executive lounge on Level 13 offered a great variety of snacks and drinks, perfect for working or meeting with our team. The beautiful lake next to the hotel provided a peaceful jogging spot. we highly recommend this hotel.

Upon arriving at this hotel, I was greeted with top, notch service from the staff. Each staff member was attentive and made me feel welcomed throughout my stay. the luxurious amenities at this hotel, including the fantastic Spa & wellness centre, indoor swimming pool, and massage options, fulfilled all my needs for relaxation and leisure. the dining options here were incredible, especially the in, room breakfast which was absolutely delicious.

The only minor issue I encountered during my stay was the lack of a live entertainment or barbeque grill option. However, this was a minor inconvenience as the hotel's bar/lounge area offered a great selection of drinks and snacks.

Our Christmas stay at this hotel was comfortable and enjoyable. The breakfast provided was delicious and had a good variety of food to choose from. The location was great, close to shopping and sightseeing. We also enjoyed the clean and luxurious room which made our stay more enjoyable.

The temperature control in the room was not to our liking and we were unable to adjust the air conditioning to a more comfortable level. Despite opening the window and requesting a fan from the front desk, the room remained uncomfortably hot. This detracted somewhat from our experience at the hotel.
